Are you a seller ready to move but anxious about what do to with all of your stuff? Keeping the drapes closed so the neighbors don’t catch a glimpse of many “to-do” piles? Wanting to put the house on the market but not excited about opening your doors to strangers traipsing through the house? WE GET IT! At Henry Home Buyer, we have really seen it all and nothing left behind in your home during your move can surprise us or intimidate us. One thing we like to do and we pride ourselves on is being willing and able to accommodate the needs of the seller – maybe it’s a quick close or maybe it’s a close several weeks from now that allows you to pack up as much stuff as you wish to take with or you are getting situated in your new home. Clutter is sometimes a part of the transaction and Henry Home Buyer knows how to deal with it. First, we donate any left behind furniture, clothing and household goods that still have some life left. Secondly, we make runs to the recycle center and hazard waste center to drop off household cleaners and appliances that cannot be tossed. Then, we get down to it and get rid of any garbage left behind. It’s a part of the process of turning the home and starting with a fresh palette.
If you are facing a little (OR A LOT) of clutter, we can see past it and work with you on the sale of your home. We treat all sellers with dignity and respect because it’s just clutter and it’s okay.
