As we close the books on some of our most interesting and challenging projects to date- it’s time to reflect on the fun we have had along the way. Some highlights include learning to use the paint sprayer in the basement of an old 1920’s home, creating a much cleaner, bright look. Secondly, getting the stamp of approval from the city and neighbors on a home we purchased that had been overgrown with vegetation and getting the yard cleaned up and ready for a new family. Giving a large thirsty deck a new coat or red stain made the pool pop out and the space much more inviting. Tearing down a structurally questionable 3 season porch and developing plans to create a new two-level deck that the new homeowners can really enjoy.

These are just a few of the many adventures in the last few months. Purchasing homes and taking each challenge with a grain of salt and having the team to develop a new, better plan to make it a fun place to live is a part of the challenge and the joy of being a real estate investor. It’s all about putting together a finished product me and my team can be proud of knowing that the new owners are going to really enjoy where they live. We continue to find new sellers who want to work with us and we get to take the journey from start to finish with the goal being a beautifully restored home.
